- 50% deposit to start the project
- 25% at the halfway point

What's your cancellation policy?

- Tours: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before. 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
- Digital Services: Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Unused portions can be refunded or applied to future services.
- Events: Deposit is non-refundable. Balance refunded if cancelled 14+ days before event date.

Do you provide transportation pickup?

Yes! We provide pickup and drop-off services for tours:
- Free pickup within Portland parish
- Additional fee for pickup from Kingston, Ocho Rios, or Montego Bay
- We can arrange airport transfers as part of your tour package
